    Inviting friends to join MyCareBox is simple. First, login to your account. Once logged in, select My Account from the top navigation. In your account is a section called “refer a friend”. Enter your friends email into the form field and we’ll send them an email.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    If you decide that you would like to cancel your subscription with MyCareBox you can do so from the “My Account” page.

  • How can I receive a free month?

    You can referral a friend and have 50% discount in your next month but if you referral two friends you have free next month. You’ll are credited after your friends subscribe, valid only with new customers.



Shipping and Delivery

  • When will I receive my box?

    You set the time to delivery when you complete the information about your period and your first box with “Best time to receive mycarebox (on or before)”, you can modify the program in “My Account”.

  • Can I change the delivery address or time?

    Of course! login to your account and you will be able to edit your address or delivery time from there.

  • How can I program my time to delivery?

    The first time you setup MyCareBox we estimate your delivery date and set it automatically. If you’d like to change it moving forward you can do so on the “My Account” page.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes, you can to program an additional address or skip a month, only you need login to your “My Account” section and select to modify in your subscription.
